AbbeyField House in Kingussie is a substantial, attractive, traditional stone building with full central heating and double glazing throughout.  The House is laid out over three floors with accommodation for nine or ten residents.

There are eight spacious en-suite rooms - two on the ground floor, four on the first floor and two on the second floor.  All rooms  enjoy central heating, Tele-care monitors, a specially equipped  en-suite bathroom or shower-room and direct line telephone.


In addition there is a self-contained apartment on the second floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom which is available for couples.

The accommodaton is let unfurnished so that residents can use their own familiar furniture and other possessions.


AbbeyField Strathspey maintains a policy of upgrading and updating the accommodation.  In the past few years, for example, several bathrooms have been renovated, new stairlifts fitted, new fire-doors fitted in every room and a modern fire, smoke and entry systems installed.
