"Sunnybrae" is owned by Abbeyfield Atholl Society and provides very sheltered accommodation for elderly people who wish to keep their independence but would welcome passing to others, the responsibilities associated with property ownership/maintenance and the provision of main meals in the company of others.
Such can be found at "Sunnybrae" where 8 residents can be accommodated, each having a bed/sitting room with either ensuite or private bathroom facilities. Alternatively, married couples may be accommodated by renting two rooms, using one as a 'day' room and the other as their bedroom.
"Sunnybrae" is an attractive stone villa situated within its own well maintained gardens and located adjacent to Pitlochry town centre.
Prospective new residents will be assessed in terms of their personal needs, to ensure that these can be met. In addition they will be invited to view the room available and, when possible, to have lunch with the existing residents.
The rooms are let unfurnished so that new residents can surround themselves with their own familiar possessions.
Subject to availability, short term 'respite' stays, lasting a minimum of one week, can be provided for demonstrably independent applicants in a furnished bed/sitting room with ensuite or private bathroom facilities.
